Shopping around for a new GPU comes with many things to consider. Finding the best value for money is a top priority for most people, but what about design? Well, Yeston has just launched this new Sakura RTX 4060 Ti 16GB graphics card, though we’re inclined to ask: why not just buy a 4070 for the same price?
Take a look at the Yeston website and you’ll find this 16GB card. It is currently selling for $529, which is a little cheaper than its usual $559 list price. If you want a card which fits in with your PC build’s theme, then perhaps its for you. However, considering that we found this Galax RTX 4070 for $529 as well, we’d take the better performance any day.

The stylized anime design is of course the main selling point of this Sakura variant from Yeston. As for the graphics card itself, the RTX 4060 Ti offers a mid-range option at a relatively affordable price for 1080p and 1440p gaming.
Additionally, the 16GB variant is more future proof than its 8GB sibling, better dealing with modern memory-hungry titles and higher resolutions. Plus, if you plan on using the 40-series’ DLSS 3 frame generation, then having more VRAM is useful.

Should you just buy an RTX 4070 instead?
We think that many people prioritize performance over style when it comes to computer hardware. Unless you’re catering for a specific PC build to match the anime design of the Sakura card, we’d recommend the RTX 4070 instead for much better value. Ever since Nvidia released the newer RTX 4070 Super, it has been dropping in price.
Like we said, we found an RTX 4070 for the same price as Yeston’s 4060 Ti, and you can also find a number of different SKUs at a similar price. The 4070 delivers better performance, and while it does have less VRAM (12GB), it makes up for it with better bandwidth and wider memory bus.
All prices above are correct at the time of writing. See this Techspot benchmark comparison to see how the 16GB card performs compared to the 4070.
