VR Skater Gets A Standalone Version On Quest & Pico

VR Skater: SL offers a standalone version of the skateboarding sim, and it’s available now on Quest and Pico.

Developed by Deficit Games, VR Skater takes inspiration from professional street skateboarding championships. Featuring five tour parks with global leaderboards, customizable skateboards and individual challenges, publisher Perp Games previously confirmed that the SL edition “was developed and designed from the ground up for standalone VR headsets.” Here’s the new trailer.

VR Skater: SL is also one of a select few games that was initially a timed Pico exclusive, joining Gamedust’s Metroidvania sequel Yupitergrad 2: The Lost Station before its wider launch. Nearly a year later, VR Skater: SL is now jumping onto Quest with content parity.

VR Skater: SL is available today on the Meta Quest platform and Pico, while the original VR Skater is available on PC VR and PSVR 2.
