Vivo is cooking up a new model in the Vivo Y200 series dubbed as Vivo Y200e 5G. Its Indian launch is imminent as the phone made its appearance on Bluetooth SIG certification as well as on Geekbench. Here are more details about it.
Vivo Y200e 5G Spotted on Geekbench
As per the latest reports, the Vivo Y200e 5G sports model number V2336. It has been spotted on Geekbench v6 with a single-core score of 3115 and a multi-core score of 8112 points. The phone does bring Android 14-powered FuntouchOS onboard. There’s an octa-core parrot motherboard with a clock speed of max 2.21GHz and Adreno 613 GPU. The phone seems to be using a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC under the hood paired with 8GB of RAM although there will be other configurations available once it arrives.
The SIG Bluetooth listing confirms Bluetooth v5.0 out-of-the-box. Unfortunately, that’s about it that we know about Y200e 5G so far.
Vivo Y200 5G Specifications
As Vivo Y200e 5G is a sibling to Y200 5G, we could assume similar specifications to power the device. Y200 5G brings onboard a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ panel with 800 nits of peak brightness. There’s a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC onboard with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM. We get a 64MP dual-camera setup at the back while the front uses a 16MP shooter. Lastly, there’s a 4800mAh battery with 44W fast charging tech on top. It seems like Y200e 5G could be a slightly more powerful version than Y200 5G although that remains to be seen.
The Vivo Y200 5G made its debut in India in October 2023 with a price tag of INR 21,999/-. If Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC does appear on Y200e 5G, it will surely inflate the pricing a bit.
