Redmi Note 13 Pro+ World Champions Edition Debuts

Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ in India earlier this year. Some months passed and the launch cooled down, what is better to bring some heat over a smartphone than launching a special edition? Out of nowhere, Xiaomi teased, and now officially unveiled a Redmi Note 13 Pro+ World Champions Edition in the country. The goal (pun intended) is to celebrate the company’s 10th anniversary in the world’s second-largest smartphone market. It’s a bit curious to see an Argentine-themed smartphone in India, but since the country has some supporters for this sport, the idea is not exactly a random one.

Redmi Note 13 Pro+ World Champion Editions Arrives with Unique Design

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+ World Champions Special Edition shares the hardware with the standard version. However, it comes with a special retail package with a blue-white colored design that is inspired by the Argentine football team that won the FIFA World Cup 2022. The retail package includes a power adapter and a golden SIM ejector tool with the Argentine Football Association (AFA) logo on it. The logo is also on the smartphone’s rear panel, featuring the number 10. The entire back is decorated with elements that resemble the uniform of the team. Back to the number 10, it’s the jersey number of Lionel Messi, who captained Argentina’s 2022 FIFA World Cup-winning squad. Also, the number serves to celebrate Xiaomi’s 10th anniversary in India.
