Please navigate to the “System” menu and access “Link/Phone Link” to seamlessly transition between the carplay/Android Auto mode and the Airplay/Miracast mode

Why does the sound come out of the device when using AUX or hands-free calling instead of the car’s audio system?

Before using AUX or hands-free calling, please make sure to adjust the portable car stereo’s Audio settings to ‘AUX Audio’ or ‘Bluetooth Audio’ as per the instructions provided, and then proceed with your use.

What do I do if I can’t connect to Carpaly or other functions ?

Pls forget this car first(Carplay-SmartScreen-Forget this car) 1.Restarting the phone and the device, wait for 15s and try again. 2.Pls check whether the phone’s “Settings > General > CarPlay” has a connected CarPlay, if yes, delete it and try again.

How do I add Sirius/XM Radio?

You can use Sirius XM with Apple CarPlay. Pls install the SXM App on your iOS device then connect your device to our Portable Carplay. Pls ensure you are logged into the SXM App on your mobile device, select SiriusXM from the dashboard interface.

How to customize the boot LOGO screen?

To have a custom start-up logo, you can send us an image to Imagebons.outlook.com. The image dimensions should be 1600×600 pixels. This service is free of charge, and you can arrange for the custom logo both before and after placing an order.
