This Camera only works with JOOAN Wireless NVR,

pls match code before install it.

step1: take the camera to near the NVR, power and reset it( long-press the reset button about 5s)

step2: right click the mouse>click”wireless add”, wait for 1-3 minutes

Step3: done

if failed,

1, check the power and antenna: the red LEDs should light up in the dark

2, check the antenna, loosen and tighten it

3,right click the mouse>click”video manage”>click the camera that not working, delete it, re-match code again.

—-if the JOOAN NVR your are using is the type in 2019 or before(2mp system with H.264 compression), pls do the below step to let it work with the NVR:

right click the mouse>video manage>advanced>close “automatic bitrate”,

then you can reduce the resolution in the channel of the new camera successfully.

How to Use the Camera

This camera work with JOOAN NVR, powered on and reset the camera, match code will be ok,

Method 1: reset the camera by long press the reset button about 5s, ( right click the mouse>click”wireless add”, waiting for 1-3 minutes.

Method 2: click”wireless add” , and reset the camera by pressing reset button about 3s to get the quick match.

Please note: this camera can’t work separately, it only for JOOAN NVR
