Can I mount the camera on a wall and adjust its angle? ( Yes )

Yes. Mounting screws kit and 3M tape are included for installation. This plug-in camera is not a Pan-Tilt camera. It can be adjusted left&right for 90° and straight up and down for 135°.

Does this indoor wireless camera need to be plugged in? ( Yes )

Yes, it need a cable for power and you have to plug it into an power outlet. This JAIOT indoor security camera is a wired camera. The ” wireless” in security industry means that data transmission is wireless from the camera to a receiver.
