Note:

When a macbook is connected to two monitors, only one monitor has a picture or neither monitor has a picture! This phenomenon is caused by the resolution and refresh rate of the two connected monitors not being the same.

Solution:

Please open Settings>>>Monitors on your MacBook and adjust the resolution and refresh rate of the extended monitor to the resolution parameters of the lower monitor. If you don’t know the resolution and refresh rate of your monitor, please adjust the resolution and refresh rate of the extended monitor to lower.
