October’s early holiday sales are the appetizer, but the best Black Friday deals start in November. Black Friday is inarguably the best time to save big on today’s must-have tech. During Black Friday, we typically see the lowest prices of the year on laptops, tablets, phones, wearables, headphones, computer monitors, TVs and more.
Officially, Black Friday falls on Nov. 24, 2023 so mark your calendars my frugal friends. This year, retailers are jump starting the holiday shopping season now with inflation-busting discounts on all things tech. So if your money is burning a hole in your wallet, there are plenty of early holiday sales to shop throughout this month.
Shop early Black Friday deals at Amazon, Best Buy (starting Oct.30), Target, Walmart, and Newegg’s Techtober sale (ends Oct.23). So if you can’t afford to wait, these sales will offer early discounts worth your while.
If you prefer to wait, you’ll find the best Black Friday deals on Amazon at all the aforementioned major retailers. B&H, GameStop, and Newegg also typically offer Black Friday tech deals. When is Black Friday?
Historically, Black Friday is on the day after Thanksgiving so this year, Black Friday falls on Friday, Nov. 24, 2023. Although Black Friday’s calendar date is set by tradition, deals start to roll out weeks early.
For example, Secretlab, currently offers Black Friday pricing on gaming chairs. . In fact, some of Walmart’s flash deals are quite Black Friday-like if you want to shop today.
When do Black Friday deals start?
Much like previous years, Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart and smaller retailers will roll out Black Friday deals early. I’ve been covering Black Friday for 5 years now and can testify that October is the time of year when retailers start testing the waters with Black Friday-like deals.
