Redmi Pad Pro Coming to India and Other Global Markets; Check Specifications 


The Redmi Pad Pro has been spotted on the Google Play Console database, which indicates that a global and Indian launch is imminent. The database reveals that the Redmi Pad Pro 5G will have the 24074RPD2I model number and support 5G connectivity in India.

As for the Latin American and European markets, the Redmi Pad Pro will have the model numbers 2405CRPFDL and 2405CRPFDG, respectively. Xiaomi seems to be serious about the tablet market outside of China now.

Redmi Pad Pro 5G Specifications 

As for the tablet itself, the Redmi Pad Pro 5G will sport the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset paired with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM. It will run on Android 14 out of the box. 

The Redmi Pad Pro 5G, launched in China, comes with a 12.1-inch 2.5K display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, 600 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. 

It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor and offers 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1.5 TB with microSD. The tablet is equipped with a 10,000mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging.

The tablet runs on HyperOS based on Android 14 and features an 8 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera. It is available in Dark Grey, Smoky Green, and Light Bay Blue color options. It also supports the Xiaomi Pen and keyboard attachment.

Finally, as the name suggests, Xiaomi could be launching both a Wi-Fi model and a 5G model of the tablet in India. However, for the 5G model, there won’t be a physical SIM card slot; instead, it will support 5G eSIM.
