OnePlus will launch Ace 3V on March 21, the company revealed on its website and social media channels in China. The official images and videos confirm what we knew so far – the phone will have two cameras on the back, flat sides and a lovely purple paint job.
OnePlus Ace 3V is said to arrive as the first phone with a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, and it will have up to 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. The brand president for the Chinese market also said the battery would perform better than on the OnePlus 12, and we believe that’s because it is a bigger 5,500 mAh cell.
The official teasers showcased two paint jobs—grey and Puprle—both of which appear to be behind some sort of glass panel. We can see an alert slider, a feature also present on the Ace 3 (sold internationally as OnePlus 12R).
The phone’s bottom has room for a stereo speaker, USB-C port, microphone, and SIM tray, and we would be surprised to see a 3.5 mm audio jack on the top—the feature has been absent from midrange and premium OnePlus devices for the better part of the last decade.
