Why the Ip conflict ,video freezes up ?

IP conflict means that other cameras under your home router may conflict with our cams.Our cams have already been added when leaving the factory,so you only need to delete the conflicting cameras and re-add it.

Can I delete the videos on the display or mobile APP?

Deleting videos is not supported and will only be overwritten automatically when the hard disk storage is full.

Can I add additional cameras to this system?

Yes,you can add 8 cameras at most.

Does the 2 way audio work on display?

The 2 way audio ONLY works on mobile phone “CloudEye 365″APP.
