The big event is moving closer, with Amazon’s official Black Friday dates spanning 17th to 27th November. When is Black Friday 2023?
The actual day falls on the last Friday of November. As such, Black Friday 2023 is set to land on Friday 24 November 2023, and then comes Cyber Monday on Monday 27 November 2023.
Despite it seeming some time off, the discounts are rolling in, with November 1st seeing a ton of offers drop across a bunch of retailers.
What Nintendo Switch deals do we expect from Black Friday 2023?
With the rumours of the next generation of the Nintendo Switch swirling, we wouldn’t be surprised to see retailers being extremely keen to dish out some appealing deals on their existing stock of consoles.
There is a wide variety of products tied to the Switch, from a plethora of accessories, expanded storage and lots of games (new and old). A lot of different manufacturers and retailers cover all of these products, so we’d expect to see some savings across each category.

Yes, the Black Friday sales have already begun, although we’re expecting even more deals to arrive during Black Friday week, beginning on 20th November.
It just comes down to preference. You’ll likely find better deals for physical games during Black Friday and you’ll also be able to sell them later. Meanwhile, digital games are more convenient because you don’t have to carry the cartridge around to play.
The original Switch and Switch Lite have 32GB of storage, so you’ll be able to store about three to six games depending on their file sizes. The Switch OLED offers double that, at 64GB. Buying an SD memory card is a great way to expand storage, especially during Black Friday.
