How long will the battery last?

The battery can last up to 15 days on standby and up to 8 days while active. The device can be programmed to conserve battery life by reporting with less frequency than the standard 1-minute intervals.

How does the Spark Nano attach to the car?

A magnetic case for this device is available for purchase separately. It is used to mount the tracker underneath the vehicle. Without the magnetic case, the tracker would be best placed inside the car for optimal signal.

Can I see the tracking map on my cell phone? How do I track on a mobile device?

Yes, you can track the device using the BrickHouse Locate GPS app available for iOS and Android devices. You can download it for free here.

How far is the range?

Our GPS trackers work anywhere in North America, including the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. If you are outside of those ranges, please check our international GPS Trackers.

Does the Tracker require a SIM card or, do I have to sign up with a cell phone company?

The BrickHouse Security service plan includes cellular service and SIM cards.
